Cindy L Burgess

Cindy Burgess joined Bertolino LLP as an Attorney after developing a respected practice outside of Baltimore, Maryland.  She specializes in the areas of banking and finance as well as employment law.  She represents men and women who are facing accusations in the workplace that threaten their professional livelihood and reputation.  In a time when employment security is such a critical issue for many Texans, Ms. Burgess offers the experience to provide the legal support needed in the face of a crisis at work.  She also understands the dynamic of media involvement in high-profile cases and will work on her client’s behalf to offer the public relations piece that is so important when a person’s professional ethics are being challenged.
Ms. Burgess was admitted into the Maryland Bar in 1994 but now practices out of the Austin office of Bertolino LLP.  She is currently licensed to practice in Texas, Maryland, Tennessee, and in the federal court system.
